All About the Store

On December 2nd, 2019, I received a called that my brother and lifelong best friend had passed away. My heart was absolutely shattered.

When we were younger, my brother had always told me that if anything ever happened to him, “I left you money, you will be okay!” Of course, when you’re young, a couple thousand dollars feels like enough to be set for life. As an adult, not so much. So I decided to use the money my brother left to start a business, and allow his money to grow for me, my children, and their children in turn.

Who doesn’t love the feeling of stumbling across something amazing? Being able to get a stack of outfits for under a hundred dollars is one of the great little joys of life, and that’s something that I wanted to spread with Yours and Mine Consignment.

With Yours and Mine Consignment, I wanted to create a business that could interact with our local community. I didn’t want a space that was overly corporate, but instead a personal, friendly environment you can experience as you shop for amazing finds in a sustainable way.
